First Fidelity Bank was in a strong position: well-run, secure, and proactive about their technology. Wi-Fi Overhaul — October 2025. MMIT mapped coverage needs across the main office, designed the network layout, configured the system, and installed complete wireless coverage throughout the building. No disruption to the workweek. A clean, professional deployment from start to finish.

CEO Workstation Rebuild — November 2025. With an eye toward the future, First Fidelity invested in a fully modernized workstation for their CEO. MMIT selected the right components and rebuilt the machine from the ground up — Windows 11 ready and built for long-term performance, with a seamless data migration and zero loss in the process.

IT Consulting & Support Contract — January 2026. After initial discussions in December 2025, First Fidelity Bank and MMIT formalized an ongoing partnership in January 2026. The contract provided access to IT consulting, support, and services on an as-needed basis. MMIT held monthly meetings with First Fidelity's IT manager to stay aligned on the bank's technology needs, address arising questions, and ensure operations continued running smoothly. During this period, MMIT provided guidance on backup configurations, network optimization, and system questions, keeping the bank's IT environment current and well-supported.

Server Room Optimization — March 2026. The final project of the partnership was a full server room reorganization. MMIT restructured the layout, reorganized equipment, and repatched the entire room — completed on a weekday with minimal to zero downtime. The result: a clean, well-organized server room built for straightforward troubleshooting and ready to support future growth.

First Fidelity Bank was acquired by a larger institution, and the merger brought all vendor contracts to a close in March 2026. MMIT's partnership with First Fidelity Bank ended on excellent terms. Every project was delivered on time, every goal was met, and the bank's infrastructure was modernized and positioned for whatever came next.
